Description (anglais) : In the afternoon, the bell rang amidst news that royal officers were on their way to confiscate Barcelona's fiscal records in order to collect a tax owed to the king. In response to the strokes, a variety of individuals from the populace gathered in front of city hall. When royal officers arrived and found the crowd in front of city hall, they decided to turn back.
